Located in Cerritos, 8th Symphony Coffee is a café born from the vision of being “a warm and cozy space where everyone can gather, relax, and enjoy special drinks and pastries.” The spacious interior, adorned with wood tones and soft yellow lighting, provides ample seating, making it a great place to linger and enjoy a cup of coffee in a comfortable atmosphere.
During this visit, I ordered Matcha Cloud Latte, Strawberry Milk, Espresso Latte, Oreo Croffle, and Biscoff Cheesecake to enjoy a variety of drinks and desserts. The combination allowed me to experience the refreshing and sweet flavors, rich aromas, and crispy textures all at once, showcasing the diverse charms of 8th Symphony Coffee.
The Matcha Cloud Latte was a drink topped with a generous amount of soft and fluffy matcha cream over a rich matcha latte. The first sip revealed a creamy sweetness followed by the deep flavor of the matcha cream, and then the slight bitterness of the matcha in the latte spread smoothly. As the cream and latte blended, the flavors harmonized beautifully, making it particularly satisfying for those who enjoy the deep taste of matcha. The Strawberry Milk had a subtle strawberry flavor infused in the smooth milk, delivering a sweet and refreshing taste from the very first sip. Each drink revealed bits of strawberry pulp, adding a refreshing touch to the creamy milk. Overall, it had a clean and light sweetness that made it enjoyable on its own or paired with desserts.
The Espresso Latte was a grab-and-go style drink conveniently packaged in a bottle. The rich espresso was combined with smooth milk, delivering deep and nutty flavors with each sip. The characteristic bitterness of the espresso blended well with the creaminess of the milk, creating a good balance, and enjoying it chilled made it easy to drink even on hot days. The bottled drinks also included cold brew and matcha latte, allowing for a variety of choices based on personal preference.
The Oreo Croffle featured a crispy exterior and chewy interior, topped with a generous amount of soft whipped cream and sprinkled with crushed Oreos for added sweetness. With each bite, the buttery aroma of the croffle, the lightly melting whipped cream, and the rich chocolate flavor of the Oreos combined to create a delightful taste and texture experience. Its sweet yet smooth finish made it a dessert that pairs wonderfully with coffee or lattes. The Biscoff Cheesecake was layered with a smooth and rich cheesecake on top of a crunchy Biscoff crumble, all gently covered with Biscoff cream. From the first taste, a rich and sweet caramel flavor emerged, with the crunchy crumble and moist, heavy yet creamy cheesecake melting smoothly in the mouth. The unique nuttiness of the Biscoff combined with the deep flavor of the cheese made it a perfect companion for coffee.

This visit, enjoyed in a spacious and warm atmosphere, turned out to be a satisfying time where I could taste a variety of drinks and desserts all in one place. Each carefully prepared menu item has its own character, making it a great spot whether you’re going for coffee or to enjoy sweet desserts.
