Cozy Korean-Inspired Cafe
Located in Buena Park, ARC Coffee is a newly opened cafe where you can enjoy a variety of drinks including signature beverages, coffee, matcha, tea, and pastries. The modern interior combined with warm lighting creates a comfortable atmosphere, making it a great place to relax with friends.
Since it was my first visit, I decided to try a variety of drinks. I ordered the signature drinks Honey Butter Latte, Goth Latte, and Orange Tonic, along with Blueberry Matcha and Hojicha Einspanner from the matcha selection. For dessert, I enjoyed a Chocolate Cookie and a Butter Croissant.
The Honey Butter Latte was sweet and smooth, with the buttery aroma blending beautifully with the richness of the latte. The first sip revealed a gentle coffee flavor, while the sweetness of the honey lingered at the end. The Goth Latte was as impressive as its unique appearance. The black-colored latte had a subtle nuttiness and a slightly richer flavor than a regular latte, achieving a nice balance. The smooth flow of flavors from the first sip was captivating. The Orange Tonic was refreshing with its citrus aroma and crisp tones, making it a lighter option compared to the other drinks. The orange bits in the syrup added a vibrant freshness, and the more I drank, the more delightful the refreshing sensation became. Personally, I found it so delicious that I highly recommend this drink.
The Blueberry Matcha was a well-balanced drink with the tartness of blueberries harmonizing with the rich matcha. The flavor was not overpowering, and the fruitiness gently enveloped the deep aroma of the matcha. The blueberry syrup had bits of fruit that conveyed a natural blueberry flavor rather than an artificial sweetness, resulting in a more balanced sweetness. The Hojicha Einspanner had a strong roasted hojicha aroma that was distinct from the first sip. The cream on top was light and smooth, balancing well with the rich hojicha, leaving a clean impression overall. It was a drink that left a nutty yet refreshing aftertaste. The Butter Croissant served as a delightful dessert, with a crispy exterior and a soft, flaky interior, warmed to enhance the buttery aroma. The Chocolate Cookie had a slightly crispy outside and a moist texture inside, making it a perfect companion for coffee.
