This place offers a wide range of breads, cakes, and beverages, and the warm lighting combined with the sweet aroma of baked goods created a pleasant atmosphere from the moment I stepped inside.
On this day, I explored the Deluxe Strawberry 8″ Cake, the Ube 8″ Cake, and the Holiday Mug that captures the holiday mood. Both cakes beautifully reflected the seasonal vibe through their colors and food styling, and the signature moist and light texture of 85°C was well-preserved. The Deluxe Strawberry Cake had a style that made you want to keep reaching for more, with soft cream and refreshing strawberry flavors spreading naturally in each bite. The harmonious blend of subtle sweetness and acidity made it a perfect match for tea or coffee. The Ube Cake had a nutty yet gently sweet flavor that flowed smoothly, with an overall light and clean texture. The distinct ube aroma that spread in the mouth was not overpowering, making it enjoyable for everyone, and the balance between the cream and the cake layers was excellent, ensuring it didn’t get tiresome until the last bite. Both cakes captured the seasonal atmosphere and the soft mood unique to 85°C, making them a satisfying choice for gifts as well as year-end tea time desserts.
