Located in Garden Grove, Boban Banh Mi and One V Pho offer a space where you can enjoy the diverse charms of Vietnamese cuisine all in one place. With a casual and clean atmosphere, you can easily switch between the two brands, making it a great spot for a light visit to share various menu items.
At Boban, we ordered the Scrambled Egg Banh Mi and BBQ Pork Banh Mi, along with Lychee Jasmine Tea and Cafe Sua Da. The Scrambled Egg Banh Mi featured a smooth combination of eggs and baguette, while the BBQ Pork added a sweet and savory seasoning that enhanced the flavor. The baguette was crispy on the outside and relatively soft on the inside, achieving a good overall balance. The Lychee Jasmine Tea offered a light and refreshing taste with the subtle sweetness of lychee and the fragrance of jasmine, while the Cafe Sua Da impressed with its rich coffee blended with the sweetness of condensed milk, creating a heavy yet smooth flavor. The contrasting drinks complemented the menu well.
At One V Pho, we tried Pho Bo and Pho Ga. Pho Bo, or Beef Noodle Soup, allowed us to enjoy a variety of textures with Rare, Brisket, and Tendon, while the broth was clean yet rich in flavor, making it easy to enjoy. Pho Ga, or Chicken Noodle Soup, had a lighter and softer taste, providing a comfortable dining experience overall. Both dishes featured a balanced seasoning that allowed the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine through.

As we alternated between the menus, it was impressive to experience a variety of combinations in just one visit.
