In this post, I would like to introduce Pantheon Coffee, a cafe located in West Hollywood where you can enjoy a comfortable space and a stylish interior.
Pantheon Coffee has a spacious cafe area with tables and chairs arranged throughout, as well as outdoor tables, allowing many visitors to enjoy their coffee leisurely. Here, you can find a variety of coffees, teas, sandwiches, and pastries, among which we ordered the signature items: Apollo Latte, Black Vanilla Latte, and Morning Bun.
First, the Apollo Latte is a unique drink that combines espresso and milk with strawberry sauce. You can taste the rich flavor of the espresso, followed by the sweet and refreshing taste of strawberries, which blends smoothly. The strawberry sauce is not overly sweet or excessive, complementing the espresso well and providing an overall excellent balance. The Black Vanilla Latte, as the name suggests, features a mysterious blend of black coffee and milk, creating a visually intriguing drink. The first sip envelops your mouth with the bitter taste of coffee, soon harmonized by a subtle chocolate flavor and aroma, offering a special taste experience.
The Morning Bun has a flaky texture layered like a croissant, with a generous sprinkle of sugar on the outside, making it look incredibly delicious. As soon as you take a bite, you can feel the crispy texture of the croissant, while the inside is soft and moist, with a slight sweetness from the sugar adding a delightful crunch. It’s perfect as a light dessert to enjoy with coffee, so I recommend trying it together.
