Located in Garden Grove, Airoma Cafe is a special place where you can enjoy a variety of drinks made from carefully selected tea leaves from various regions of Asia, along with the rich taste of authentic Vietnamese coffee. It boasts a warm and comfortable atmosphere, making it a beloved spot for anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.
I arrived at the cafe around 8:30 AM, and I was surprised to see so many people already enjoying their drinks, even though it was early morning. It was clear that the drinks here are loved by many. We decided to try the Pandan Coffee, Black Sea, and Matcha Black Sesame from the variety of options on the menu.
First, the Pandan Coffee, with its unique color, immediately caught my eye. It was a drink where the subtle aroma of Pandan perfectly blended with the coffee. In particular, the nutty and sweet flavor of the Pandan base gently enveloped my mouth, and the added coffee deepened and enriched the overall taste. This drink, which allows you to enjoy both sweetness and a unique harmony, is highly recommended for those looking for a new twist on coffee. The Black Sea was a drink made with freshly brewed black coffee with a hint of sweetness, topped with a salty cream. The deep and rich flavor of the coffee perfectly combined with the smooth texture of the cream, allowing me to savor a clean yet rich taste with every sip. The balance of salty and sweet was well-maintained, making it a drink that enhances the soft and unique charm of coffee.
The Matcha Black Sesame was a drink topped with nutty sesame cream over matcha made with oat milk. The rich and robust flavor of the matcha blended harmoniously with the creaminess of the oat milk, creating a delightful taste, while the sesame cream added a unique nuttiness that enhanced the drink’s appeal. Before tasting it, I couldn’t quite imagine the combination of matcha and sesame cream, but after the first sip, the mysterious yet nutty flavor harmony made me naturally reach for more.
