Korean Lattes and Mochi Drinks
In this post, I would like to introduce Cafe De Mama, where I’ve been enjoying Injeolmi lattes and various drinks, as well as their delicious croffles.

As you can see in the photos above, the bright blue exterior of the cafe instantly lifts your mood even before you step inside. The interior has quite a few tables, and there are bar tables by the windows as well. We ordered Injeolmi Cream, Dirty Matcha Latte, Yuza Iced Americano, and Strawberry Injeolmi Cream Croffle.

First, the Injeolmi Cream comes with three pieces of injeolmi skewered on a stick, as shown in the photo. Before drinking the beverage, I dipped the injeolmi into the cream of the drink, and I was surprised by how chewy and soft it was. The Injeolmi Cream was an attractive drink with the nutty and mild flavor of the injeolmi powder. The Dirty Matcha Latte had matcha in it, which made it slightly bitter, but mixing it with coffee made it feel smoother. Even my brother, who usually doesn’t prefer drinks with matcha, said it was delicious.
The Yuza Iced Americano was definitely refreshing with the addition of yuza, and contrary to my initial thought that it wouldn’t pair well with coffee, it complemented it perfectly. I think this would be a great option for those who enjoy Americano. Lastly, the Strawberry Injeolmi Cream Croffle is a menu item with a crispy croffle filled with injeolmi cream and strawberries, and it was incredibly delicious. The injeolmi cream inside was nutty and sweet, and if it had only contained the cream, it might have been a bit heavy, but the strawberries balanced it out nicely.
