Matcha & Bingsoo Cafe
Located in Fullerton, Floe is a cafe where you can enjoy a variety of desserts centered around bingsoo and matcha. The minimal yet bright atmosphere was impressive, and there were plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options, making it a comfortable place to stay. Inside the store, there was also a space for taking sticker photos, adding a fun element to the experience.

The signature offerings here are the bingsoo and matcha menus. During this visit, we ordered Mango Bingsoo, Grape Bingsoo, Strawberry Ube, Ube Twilight, Double Matcha Cloud, and Dubai Chocolate. Overall, the diverse menu options stood out, making it easy to share and enjoy a variety of flavors according to personal preferences.

Mango Bingsoo combined the sweetness of the fruit with the smooth texture of the ice, making it light and enjoyable. Not only were there toppings on top, but the bingsoo was also filled with fruit inside, allowing for a rich experience until the last bite. Made with a milk base, it had a smooth overall consistency, and the mango bingsoo was topped with cheesecake, blending sweetness and nuttiness beautifully. Grape Bingsoo had a refreshing grape flavor that made it feel even more invigorating, with the fresh taste of the fruit taking center stage for a clean finish. Strawberry Ube and Ube Twilight are new menu items, featuring the unique nuttiness and subtle sweetness of ube. In particular, Ube Twilight had brown sugar added, enhancing the ube flavor significantly. Each offered a different taste experience, making them enjoyable as desserts.
Double Matcha Cloud had a distinct rich matcha flavor, leading to a deeper taste with its smooth texture. The characteristic bitterness of matcha and subtle sweetness were well balanced, creating a refined experience without being overwhelming, and it served as a grounding element among the dessert options. Dubai Chocolate was centered around a sweet yet rich flavor, with a deep chocolate taste lingering in the mouth, making it a great way to finish the meal. Both menu items had different textures, allowing for a delightful variety of flavors when enjoyed alternately.
