Ramen and Sushi Spot
In this post, I would like to introduce Iki Ramen, where you can enjoy Japanese-style ramen, sushi, and even desserts. There are two locations, one in Koreatown and the other in Hollywood, and we visited the Hollywood location.

As we entered the restaurant, the sleek interior featuring white and wood tones caught our eye, and the large windows made the space feel even more open and bright. Since this was our second visit, we quickly glanced at the menu and ordered the A5 Wagyu Ramen, Burnt Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen, and Iki Premium Grab HandRoll. The first dish to arrive was the Iki Premium Grab HandRoll, which consisted of Toro, Hokkaido Scallop + Sea Urchin, Salmon Truffle, and A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Tartare, with two pieces of each. It was served with seaweed to make hand rolls ourselves, and the Toro had a wonderfully soft and rich flavor, while the combination of Hokkaido Scallop + Sea Urchin was fresh and full of savory taste. The Salmon Truffle enhanced the flavor of the salmon with the aroma of truffle, and the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Tartare stood out with its smooth texture and deep flavor.

The A5 Wagyu Ramen and Burnt Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen that followed each had their own charm. The A5 Wagyu Ramen featured luxurious A5 wagyu served with a clear and rich broth, allowing for a deep and intense flavor experience, while the tender texture and flavor of the wagyu enhanced the overall taste of the ramen. The Burnt Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen had a strong flavor of roasted garlic, and the rich tonkotsu broth created a deep and satisfying taste, complemented by the crunchy texture of corn, making the ramen even more enjoyable.
Finally, the Yuzu Ice Cream we ordered for dessert was refreshing with its zesty yuzu flavor, and the sugar sprinkled on top added sweetness, making it a very satisfying choice to end the meal.
