Italian Sandwich Shop
Mamie, located in West Hollywood, is a place where you can enjoy Italian sandwiches made with freshly baked focaccia and fresh ingredients.

We ordered the Viale Di Parma and Savoy sandwiches among various options, and here you can see the process of making the sandwiches right in front of you, allowing you to fully appreciate the freshness and care that goes into them.

The Viale Di Parma features 18-month aged Prosciutto Di Parma as the main ingredient, showcasing a rich flavor and tender texture. A thin layer of sweet fig jam perfectly balances the salty prosciutto, while the creamy gorgonzola adds a deep umami flavor to the sandwich. Finely chopped pistachios add a fun texture and nuttiness, and baby arugula provides a fresh aroma that cleanses the palate. Personally, I found the Viale Di Parma so delicious that I ordered it again via Uber, and I highly recommend it.
The Savoy sandwich features tender and flavorful beef jerky as the main ingredient, impressing with its unique salty and nutty taste. The subtle umami of the artichoke cream balances the overall flavor of the sandwich, while the natural sweetness and slight acidity of the roasted tomatoes add a refreshing touch. Compared to the Viale Di Parma, the Savoy is a bit saltier, and both sandwiches have their own unique charms, making it a good idea to choose based on your preference.
