Vietnamese Comfort Food with Unlimited Noodle Refills
Located in Buena Park, Sup Noodle Bar offers a variety of Vietnamese dishes, and is especially loved for its unlimited noodle refill service. The dishes made with rich broth and fresh ingredients are exceptional, making it a perfect place to enjoy a comfortable meal with friends or family.
We have visited this place several times, and it is always bustling with people. If you want to avoid the wait, I recommend visiting a bit earlier. The menu we ordered that day included Spring Roll, Pho Combination, and Shrimp Fried Rice. The appetizer, Spring Roll, was served wrapped neatly in thin rice paper with fresh bean sprouts, mint, lettuce, rice noodles, and plump shrimp. Its light and refreshing taste was perfect for whetting the appetite, and dipping it in the savory peanut sauce enhanced the flavor even more.
Next, the Pho Combination featured a variety of meats in one bowl, including tender beef belly, chewy tendon, moist brisket, juicy meatballs, and a rib bone that added depth to the flavor. The broth was rich and deep, allowing for a robust taste from the combination of ingredients. The Shrimp Fried Rice, which was a new dish for us, immediately stimulated our appetite with its plump shrimp and savory aroma. The rice, stir-fried in fragrant oil, paired well with the tender shrimp, and it was seasoned just right, not too overpowering, yet when enjoyed with the accompanying sauce, it had a slight spiciness. Overall, the balance of flavors was well-crafted, making it a dish that anyone would enjoy.
