TGI Korean BBQ

All You Can Eat Korean Barbecue

TGI Korean BBQ, located in Koreatown, is a cost-effective All You Can Eat Korean BBQ restaurant where you can enjoy a variety of meats and generous side dishes at reasonable prices. Thanks to the ample portions and diverse offerings, it’s a great place to eat heartily without any burden, and not only the meat but also the side dishes and accompaniments are plentiful.

We visited around 6 PM on a Monday, and there were already many people enjoying the barbecue, with a steady stream of guests coming in while we were dining. The bustling tables in the lively atmosphere made it clear just how popular this place is. We chose the Premium AYCE and ordered Giant Beef Rib, Pork Belly, and Beef Brisket for the meat, along with Korean Fried Chicken, Corn Cheese, and Cheese Fondue as side dishes.

First, the Giant Beef Rib was impressive with its thick size and rich juiciness. The outside was perfectly crispy while the inside was tender, releasing savory juices with every bite, and dipping it lightly in salt enhanced its umami flavor. The Pork Belly had a great balance of fat and lean meat, making it perfect for grilling crispy. It had just the right amount of grease, so it wasn’t greasy, and the savory flavor intensified as you chewed. Pairing it with wraps or sauces amplified the umami, allowing for an even richer taste experience. The Beef Brisket was sliced thinly, cooking quickly, and was characterized by its light yet subtly nutty flavor. Dipping it in the sauce served with it, which was grilled to a crisp, brought out a clean yet deep flavor that made it hard to stop eating.

The Korean Fried Chicken we ordered as a side dish had a harmonious combination of crispy batter and moist meat. The sweet and salty sauce was evenly coated, blending the sweetness and umami well, and the frying was done perfectly so it remained crispy until the end. The Corn Cheese featured soft corn and chewy cheese, pairing well with the nachos served alongside. The generous amount of cheese created a satisfying stretchy texture, and the sweet corn added a nutty flavor with every bite. The Cheese Fondue was a great side dish for dipping the meat. The thick cheese complemented the meat well, adding a salty umami, and especially when enjoyed with Pork Belly, the flavor became even richer.
