At 7 Miles Tea Lab located in Artesia, you can enjoy a variety of fruit teas and milk teas, as well as drinks that stand out with unique toppings and original combinations exclusive to this place. On this day, we visited the Artesia location, but there are also branches in Sawtelle, Chino, and Torrance, making it convenient to stop by at a nearby location.
The menu had so many delicious-looking drink combinations that it was hard to choose, but we decided to try Mango Pomelo, Avocado on Mango, Black Sesame Under the Clouds, Ube Coconut Milk, Lychee Coconut, and the mini cup of the day, which was Thai Tea.
First, the various colors of the drinks caught our attention, and the cute characters added to the excitement even before tasting them. The first drink we tried, Mango Pomelo, was a delightful blend of the sweet mango and the slightly bitter pomelo flesh. With the addition of coconut milk, it had an even smoother and creamier texture, and the agar added a fun chewiness. It was a sweet yet light flavor, making it a satisfying choice for mango lovers. Avocado on Mango showcased a creamy combination of smoothly blended avocado and coconut milk, highlighting the natural sweetness and the fun texture of the flesh. The pomelo flesh added a slightly tangy point, completing a well-balanced flavor. Black Sesame Under the Clouds was a drink with a rich roasted black sesame flavor, enhanced by the addition of smooth milk, making it even creamier. This drink emphasizes the deep taste of black sesame, making it highly recommended for those who enjoy nutty flavors.
Ube Coconut Milk was an impressive drink with a deep purple color, harmonizing the nutty sweetness of ube and the smoothness of coconut milk. Overall, the deep flavor of ube stood out, and it was sweet but not overwhelming, making it easy to enjoy. Lychee Coconut was a drink where the refreshing and sweet flavor of lychee blended smoothly with coconut milk. Thanks to the blended lychee flesh, the natural sweetness of the fruit was emphasized, and the coconut milk added a creamy texture that balanced the overall drink. The combination of the two also evoked a yogurt-like taste, which was quite impressive.
Finally, the adorable Mini Cup is offered daily with a new flavor, which can be checked on the calendar posted on the 7 Miles Tea Lab Instagram. Priced at $3, it is an attractive option that is easy on the wallet. On the day we visited, they were offering Thai Tea with 1 Free Topping. The deep and rich flavor of black tea combined with sweet milk provided a familiar yet satisfying taste, and the added Boba and Lychee Jelly as toppings enhanced the chewiness, creating an even more abundant texture.
