Enchant

Garden Style Brunch & Bar

Located in Koreatown, Enchant is an Asian fusion restaurant adorned with stunning floral decorations and stylish pink neon signs, creating an atmosphere that feels like stepping into a garden. It’s a place where you can enjoy a variety of dishes, cocktails, and wines in a trendy yet sophisticated space.

We chose our menu while enjoying the vibrant lighting and stylish interior in a romantic atmosphere. For the main dishes and sides, we ordered Bulgogi Quesadilla, Non Classic Caesar Salad, Toowoomba Pasta, and La La Galbi Set, and selected Enchanted Lemonade and Beach Blues for drinks.

First, the Enchanted Lemonade and Beach Blues we ordered as drinks arrived. Both beverages showcased distinct personalities; the visually striking Enchanted Lemonade captivated attention with its layered colors, enhancing the stylish atmosphere, while the refreshing base flavor of lemonade was subtly infused with fruit aromas, giving a cool feeling just by looking at it. Beach Blues, true to its yogurt creamy soda nature, was a drink where smoothness and refreshment harmoniously blended. From the first sip, the sweetness and fizzy sensation spread pleasantly, and the smooth aftertaste of yogurt completed an increasingly appealing flavor.

Next, the main dishes and sides were served. First, the Bulgogi Quesadilla was a delightful combination of the sweet and savory flavors of Korean bulgogi and the richness of Mexican cheese. The crispy tortilla was filled with bulgogi marinated in a rich soy sauce and generous amounts of Mexican and mozzarella cheese, creating a burst of juicy tenderness and melting cheese flavor with each bite. The Non Classic Caesar Salad offered a unique texture with whole grilled romaine, unlike a typical Caesar salad. The exterior was slightly charred, emitting a subtle smoky aroma, while the inside maintained a fresh crunch. Crispy bacon chips and croutons added a savory texture, and the ample sprinkle of Parmesan cheese contributed a deep umami flavor. The creamy Caesar dressing created a smooth harmony overall, wrapping the ingredients in a balanced way, resulting in a salad that was both classic and refreshingly different.

Toowoomba Pasta was a dish that maximized umami with a rich cream sauce enhanced by a spicy flavor. The wide and chewy egg pappardelle noodles soaked up the sauce, allowing for a deep taste with every bite. Juicy shrimp, along with garlic and onion, infused the sauce with a subtle flavor, while the creamy yet slightly spicy sauce maintained an overall balance, making it enjoyable without being heavy until the very end. Personally, it was the most delicious dish I had, and I would highly recommend it if you love rich flavors and smooth textures. The La La Galbi Set was a hearty plate centered around marinated ribs, accompanied by grilled sausages and vegetables. The well-marinated ribs retained a moist yet chewy texture, and the added smoky flavor enhanced the umami. The grilled sausages, rich in juices and slightly salty, paired well with the ribs, while the lightly grilled onions and bell peppers added a subtle sweetness, balancing the overall dish.
