Industrial-Chic Coffee Spot
I visited Loquat Coffee located in Cypress Park to try the Mascarpone coffee that I’ve been curious about for a while.

The point color of Loquat Coffee is yellow, and both the outdoor tables and chairs, as well as the interior of the café, are simply decorated in black and yellow. The café itself isn’t very large, but there are tables outside, allowing for a relaxed coffee experience.

We ordered the signature menu items, the Mascarpone coffee and the Caribbean Tonic. First, the Mascarpone coffee is inspired by tiramisu and contains espresso, mascarpone foam, and milk. It looked and tasted just like a drink version of tiramisu, with a perfect sweetness that paired wonderfully with the mascarpone foam. The Caribbean Tonic is a coffee inspired by piña colada, made with espresso, coconut cream, and pineapple tonic water. I thought it might be creamy because of the coconut cream, but it wasn’t as creamy as I expected and had a strong refreshing taste. That day, the sun was strong, and it was a flavor that cooled down the heat.
