A Casual Eatery for Seasonal Dishes and Creative Cocktails
Located in the LA Art District, Manuela is a restaurant that stands out with its beautiful interior, offering a variety of brunch and dinner menus, as well as cocktails and wine.
This is one of my favorite restaurants, and I’ve visited several times. Each time, I enjoy new dishes and the atmosphere, making it a consistently satisfying place. On this day, we ordered Cream Biscuits, Burrata Salad, and Grilled Yellowtail. First, the Burrata Salad featured fresh cucumbers and sweet tomatoes that paired beautifully with the creamy burrata cheese. Enjoying it with the crispy toast added a nutty texture, enhancing the overall flavor.
Next, the Cream Biscuits are a must-order every time I visit. The warm, soft biscuits topped with rich butter and sweet jam melt in your mouth, offering a delightful softness and flavor. Simple yet perfectly harmonious, they are satisfying at any time. Finally, the Grilled Yellowtail was well-cooked on the grill, providing a tender and moist texture, complemented by celery, onions, and a creamy sauce, creating a rich flavor harmony with every bite.
